Cheesie Potatoes
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Frozen hash browns - thawed |
1 | Margerine - melted | |
1 | Cr chicken soup | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
Topping | ||
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Corn flakes |
1/2 | Margerine |
Mix potato ingredients together in large bowl.
Melt topping for margerine and mix with corn flakes.
Bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours OR 350 for 1 hour
